Springsteen's Got Soul

Have you heard the Bruce Springsteen "We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions" recording with songs like "O Mary Don't You Weep" and "Jacob's Ladder" and "Erie Canal?"

It just plain rocks.

I got it today and my great sorrow is that I can't seem to save the tracks into i-Tunes. Any suggestions? It's one of those fancy double-track CD's.

Hmmmm, you've tried importing the files, adding them, or converting the CD, all from the iTunes menus? Some folks try only once. : )

Another way might be to copy all the files to your hard disk and then import them into iTunes from the drive itself.

Yes, that would be a great CD. Springsteen does a great rendition of Guthrie's "I Ain't Got No Home." Another CD I'd like to see issued is "I Shall be Unreleased" songs of Bob Dylan covered by a bunch of different folks. I think Seeger does a great version of "Paths of Victory."

Neat blog! Thanks! Oh, and wait until Apple comes out with a PDA device (I am fervently hoping they do!)
