When I lived in the Back Bay, I went to an Easter service there once. Most of the sermon consisted of an argument that the Easter events made more sense if you understood that Peter and Mary Magdalene were having an affair. Very strange. Compared to that, borrowing another denom's logo doesn't seem too remarkable.
What? You're kidding! Well, there go my plans for a summer visit!
(P.S., read your sermon, loved it, heard raves, will write you later)
It was 15-20 years ago. That pastor may well have moved on by now. He seemed a little, well, unsettled at the time.
Strangest thing ever! You're right, Kim. It's totally gone. Just yesterday there was a UU flaming chalice logo on that very selfsame page. Bizarre.
The link is to a calendar. I think the logo was on a daily page that must have since expired.
