OMG, PB, you have a fireplace! I am totally envious! What could be better than Thanksgiving dinner in front of the fireplace? I live in a huge, lovely, charming 100 year-old house which does NOT have a fireplace. I have Fireplace Envy.
This clinches it--I am DEFINITELY going to visit you (preferably in winter-time) on one of my trips north.
So all it took was the fireplace. I should have told you that years ago! LOL!
